Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our returns and exchanges policy follows the consumer protection standards established in the United Kingdom, ensuring that you have a fair, transparent, and secure shopping experience.

You have the right to request the return or exchange of a product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. This period allows you to evaluate the item and decide whether it fully meets your expectations.

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of misuse.

  • The original packaging and all accessories must be intact.

  • The item must be in a suitable condition for resale.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 7 working days. In the case of exchanges, replacement is subject to product availability in stock.

  • Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return, except in cases of defect.

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
